Warranty statement

1. Warranty of units is valid for 12 months from date of invoice per serial number.
2. A warranty claim shall not be valid unless received by the supplier within 12 months of the invoice date.
3. Extended warranty will be available to any purchaser at an additional cost specified by the supplier. This extension must be stated on the purchasers order form and the suppliers invoice.
4. All units are supplied ex-factory. Repairs must be delivered to and collected from:
   Unit 3, Stanford Business Park
   16^th Road, Randjespark
   Midrand, Gauteng
5. The supplier warrants that the goods will be free from defects in material or workmanship and will conform to the supplier’s specifications. The warranty extends only to repair or replacement at the option of the supplier of warranteed goods, which are returned, carriage prepaid to the supplier by the purchaser, and which have been determined by the supplier to be defective or non-conforming, provided always that the supplier shall be under no liability for:

5.1.	Any consequential damage of any kind whatsoever.
5.2.	Any defect or deficiency judged by the supplier to be caused by the goods not being installed and wired correctly as per the instruction manual, or improper or unskilled handling of the goods, or by any repair or attempted repair or dismantling by anyone other than the supplier.

6. The following terms apply to LaserMeter(s) that have been repaired:

6.1.	Prices exclude VAT and are ex-factory.
6.2.	Repair quotes are valid for 30 days.
6.3.	Repairs are warranted for a 3-month period and only for parts replaced or repaired.
6.4.	Repairs less that R2, 000.00 (excl. VAT) will be completed automatically.
6.5.	If no response is received within 3 months of first quotation, the instrument will be stripped to defray expenses.
6.6.	All correspondence must be in writing.
6.7.	Only written quotes will be upheld.

7. Shipment can only be processed upon receipt of an order number.
