  Single point measurement

Single point laser instruments are designed & manufactured for use in level control & position measurement. Narrow beam divergence allows for accurate measurement within a vast range of applications ranging from straight forward silo monitoring, hazardous area applications, hygienic environments to high speed crusher control. Distances varying from 0.5m to 1400m can be measured with impressive accuracy.

  Two dimensional measurement

The 2D Conveyor belt scanner uses non-contact laser technology to directly measure the volume of material flowing along a conveyor belt. Its multiple output capability gives flow, speed, cross-sectional area & cumulative total information.

  Three dimensional measurement

The LM3D 3D Volumetric scanner is a laser instrument for measuring the volume of material in a silo or on a stock pile. The 3D scanning capability of the LM3D produces accurate measurements of rough surfaces with a complex profile. The output of the LM3D gives a true representation of the volume of material. The LM3D also includes a single point measurement for continuous level control.

  Four dimensional measurement

The LM3D/T 4D Volumeteric & thermal scanner is a laser instrument for measuring the volume & temperature of material in a silo or on a stock pile. The 4D scanning capability of the LM3D/T produces accurate measurements of rough surfaces with a complex profile. The output of the LM3D/T gives a true representation of the volume, the surface profile & the thermal profile of material. The LM3D/T also includes a single point measurement for continuous level control.
