Specialty level instrumentsCHUTE MASTERMicrowave block chute or barrier detection transmitter & receiver. This instrument is used mostly for detecting blocked chutes or for point level detection. The microwave beam passed through a rather large amount of non-conductive material, & is therefore not affected by dust or particle build up. The unit consists of an adjustable gain setting, & an on/off timer delay for the relay output. The Microwave consists of a transmitter & a receiver unit, which can be placed up to 10 metres apart.TILTIThe TILTI is a simple low cost level switch designed for use in high level detection. It contains a robust mercury tilt which is housed in a 2mm thick steel tube. It is designed to be installed in silos to detect a high level. |
